Jeana and Jennifer White n the Mother-Daughter Bantam group at the USBC Family Double competition.

The State Family Double results are final for the three bowling teams that advanced from the local district competitions in Cedar Rapids in December.

Jeana and Jennifer White won the Mother-Daughter Bantam group at the USBC Family Double competition. Twelve Mother-Daughter teams competed within this age group. Jeana and Jennifer won with a score of 1462. All of the competitors in this age group received scores between 1275-1462. Jeana will receive a plaque along with a $100 scholarship. Congratulations Jeana and Jennifer!!!
Jordan and Melinda Schoettmer advanced in the Mother-Son Junior group to the state competition. Thirteen Mother-Son teams competed in this age group and Jordan and Melinda finished in sixth placed. The first place team in this grouping finished 152 pins in front of the second place finisher. Congratulations Jordan and Melinda on bowling a 1363 and finishing in the top half of their group.
Jacob and Michele Gosse represented our district in the Mother-Son Major Senior grouping. They competed against twelve other teams in this age category and finished fifth in their group. Jacob and Michele finished over their average and bowled a score of 1435. The first place finisher in this group was 82 pins ahead of Jacob and Michele. Congratulations to Jacob and Michele for finishing in the upper third of their group.
