Three area residents have been arrested for possession of meth, after a traffic stop in Waterloo.
Charged with the Class C Felony of possession are Jolene Bush, 38, of Vinton, Johnnie Tharp, 32, of Vinton, and Dustin Barkdoll, 32, of Garrison.
The Class C designation signifies that the suspects were found in possession of up to 5 kilograms of meth. The Waterloo Police Department arrested the trio during a traffic stop on the afternoon of Oct. 20, near the intersection of 5th and Randolph Streets.
Each is being held on a $50,000 bond.
