Dustin Barkdoll

Three area residents have been arrested for possession of meth, after a traffic stop in Waterloo.

Charged with the Class C Felony of possession are Jolene Bush, 38, of Vinton, Johnnie Tharp, 32, of Vinton, and Dustin Barkdoll, 32, of Garrison.

The Class C designation signifies that the suspects were found in possession of up to 5 kilograms of meth. The Waterloo Police Department arrested the trio during a traffic stop on the afternoon of Oct. 20, near the intersection of 5th and Randolph Streets.

Each is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Wow I know who these people are but never associate with them. Glad they are off the streets. I feel bad for the kids and the other innocent family members! I hope they get the help they need in jail!

i know two out of three. shows what is still going on in my home town and im glad that i got out of there. johnnie and dustin i hope yall the best please learn from this PLEASE its never too late to turn around! peace

Ask a friend/family member for a ride and now your guilty , as they (guys) pin you with thier problems. Two against one. If you know Jolene , then you know she isn't into drugs.
