A few photos from this week in 2011...

The weather is perfect this morning as Vinton residents go about their normal routines. Yet many remember all too well July 11 of 2011, when a 130-mph wind storm caused millions of dollars in damage and destroyed thousands of trees from Dysart to Garrison to Vinton to Urbana.

What a horrible storm that took over our town! Everyone in Vinton worked so hard to put the town together...what a great community! These photos bring back horrible memories...God bless everyone!
